UNDER THE KITCHEN SINK 'Under the Kitchen Sink' is a polished and sophisticated jazz band from Christchurch/ Otautahi. Experienced veterans of the live music scene, we draw on a huge range of styles and genres to create an eclectic, highly entertaining musical show. As well as playing ‘straight ahead’ jazz very nicely, ‘Under the Kitchen Sink’ specialises in putting quirky, soulful modern twists on traditional jazz standards, as well as drawing from contemporary composers such as Danny Janklow, John Scofield and Bob Reynolds.
